Legacy of Awards International and the Customer Experience Awards

Since 2008, Awards International has run many programmes as proprietary Awards as well as Awards programmes for other companies, with a stellar reputation for having the fairest process for deciding business awards winners.

The first Customer Experience Awards took place in the UK in 2008 and launched the Gulf Customer Experience Awards in the UAE in 2015.

Over the past 10 years, the Customer Experience Awards have attracted thousands of entries, with companies from all over the world participating.

The inaugural International Customer Experience Awards took place in 2018 in Amsterdam and recognised the very best in Customer Experience across a broad spectrum of industry sectors and multiple categories.

Now in its second edition, the International Customer Experience Awards are set to be bigger and better.
