Legacy of Awards International and the Customer Experience Awards
Awards International was founded in 2008 by Neil Skehel and Don Hales.
Since 2008, Awards International has run many programmes as proprietary Awards as well as Awards programmes for other companies, with a stellar reputation for having the fairest process for deciding business awards winners.
In 2014, Mark Hamill and Neil Skehel formed the UAE Company which now runs five business awards programmes.
The first Customer Experience Awards took place in the UK in 2008 and launched the Gulf Customer Experience Awards in the UAE in 2015.
Over the past 10 years, the Customer Experience Awards have attracted thousands of entries, with companies from all over the world participating.
